Online Anxiety & Depression Screening

Supportive, private screening for anxiety and depression — with guidance and referrals to the right care and resources.

Supportive Mental Health Screening

Anxiety and depression are common and treatable. Taking the first step to talk with someone can feel difficult, and our goal is to make that step as easy and judgment-free as possible.

During a private virtual visit, a licensed provider can listen to your concerns, screen for symptoms of anxiety and depression, and help you understand your options. Depending on your needs, this may include guidance, resources, or a referral to ongoing mental health care.

Our Mental Health Services

  • Confidential screening for anxiety and depression symptoms
  • A supportive conversation with a licensed provider
  • Guidance on next steps and treatment options
  • Referrals to ongoing mental health care and resources
  • Help understanding when in-person or specialized care is needed

How Screening Works

A screening visit focuses on understanding what you are experiencing and helping you find appropriate support. Our providers can discuss options and connect you with resources or referrals. For ongoing therapy, medication management, or complex conditions, your provider may refer you to a mental health specialist who can offer continuing care.

Your visit is a flat $39 — a transparent, cash-pay rate with no insurance required.

When Telehealth Is a Good Fit

  • Feeling persistently anxious, low, or overwhelmed
  • Wanting a confidential first conversation about your mental health
  • Looking for guidance on where to find ongoing support

When to seek in-person care: If you are having thoughts of harming yourself or others, or are in crisis, call or text 988 (the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or call 911 right away. A screening visit is not for emergencies.
